| I have been active in listing and selling residential and commercial properties for the past 32 years. I come from a family of Real Estate Developers and Builders. My expertise is in new home communities, re-sale homes, historic properties, condos, townhomes and waterfront properties. I also specialize in retirement communities.
I actively sell in the following communities in Savannah, The Historic District, Ardsley Park, Wilmington Island, Tybee Island, Isle of Hope, Dutch Island, Vernon burg, Burnside Island, The Landings on Skid away Island, Modena Island, Coffee Bluff Plantation and all Southside area. I also sell in Richmond Hill and Bryan County Ga., all of Chatham County, Rincon, Georgia and Effingham Counties.
I have experience working in Corporate Relocation. I was Relocation Director for one of Savannah Leading Real Estate Companies working with as many as 250 incoming transferee in a year and managing and marketing up to 45 corporate properties at one time. I trained with PHH Homequity from 1986 until 1995 and attended Regional and National Conferences.
I brokered Fine Properties from 1996 until 2004. Fine Properties was owned by the owners of Hallmark Homes of Savannah, Inc., the Southern Living Builders for the South-East region. They also sat on the Board of Directors for Southern Living Magazine. I had 27 full time sales associates. My Responsibilities included: marketing for the Real Estate Company, Fine Properties and the Builder, Hallmark Homes of Savannah, managing the agents, scheduling sales events, training, sales meetings, openings manages the new homes communities, organizing trade shows and keeping them staffed with agents and materials and running the office. Our company also had a re-sale division specializing in selling homes at The Landings on Skidaway Island.
